    Hi Rav,

    We are having the same issue today with ACCESS DENIED for the person who in the listed under USER for our book.

    I logged in as ADMIN today and no problem.

    They tried logging in on various browsers, but same issue.

    Could you please look into this asap.

    Hi @JEN

    Has this particular user been able to access your Reckon Payroll book previously without issue or is this the first time that they're trying to do so?

    Can I grab the ABN that is associated with the Reckon Payroll book in question.

    Hi Rav,

    Yes, this particular user has been able to access Reckon Payroll previously without any issue. It's just happened today.

    I'll send you a message with the company ABN.

    Hi Team,

    Now I can't access our Reckon Payroll company book as ADMIN.

    It says ACCESS DENIED when I try to launch Reckon Payroll.

    Please advise what is going on? 😩

    Hi Rav,

    I just logged into Reckon Payroll as ADMIN and it's ok.

    The other person now has access to the payroll book under the USER log in.

    Thanks for sorting out this out quickly, and hopefully there are no more log in glitches.
