Hi Rav,
I just logged into Reckon Payroll as ADMIN and it's ok.
The other person now has access to the payroll book under the USER log in.
Thanks for sorting out this out quickly, and hopefully there are no more log in glitches.

I'd recommend just editing that existing payrun rather than creating a new one. Switch the payrun back to draft then remove the incorrect personal leave item from the pay before adding the annual leave item to the employee's pay.

Editing an existing transaction was a common problem years ago. Used to crash all the time, I often had to use a work around. Hasn’t been a problem for a long time though for me
