Re: Income payments from My Super fund do not display as income in budget reports
JC,
Thanks for your reply.
Yes, I was able to recover and rebuild my pension account history from backups.
I see what you have suggested, but I don't think that would achieve my aim of showing money withdrawn from my pension account as an income category, rather as a transfer from one account to another.
I have found my own, clunky, way of achieving my aim. I created a dummy cash account as a bookkeeping halfway house for my pension payments. I record my pension payment going into the dummy account as a paycheque with my intended (actual) account listed as a secondary deposit account to the full value of the pension payment. This allows the pension payment to be allocated an income category. To lower the balance of my pension account, I transfer the value of the pension into the dummy account. to avoid inflating my cash balances, this dummy account is set as a hidden account.
this outcome allows me to see my pension as income on a budget report.
That said, I see this as a major weakness of the RPP product. There must be many, many Reckon customers who are retirees who are taking an income from some form of retirement account. there should be a way of recognising this reality.
thanks for the assistance.
Re: Changing Invoice numbers
Hi @Lance Arthy,
Unfortunately, it is not possible to manually modify invoice numbers on invoices that have already been created in Reckon One, including those issued before 09/16/25. Once an invoice is generated in Reckon One, the invoice number is locked due to system design. Invoice numbers are automatically managed by the system to ensure consistency.
However, you are able to make changes to future invoices in Reckon One. Before creating new invoices, you can set the next invoice number by navigating to:
Settings → Day-to-Day → Money In → Invoices → Next invoice number.
Additionally, utilizing the reference number feature can help you easily locate specific invoices when needed.
I hope it helps.

As Shaz mentioned, Beam is integrated with Reckon Payroll, which makes it a convenient option for Reckon payroll users.
For Reckon Accounts hosted, we’ve just launched a new partnership with First Choice Employer Super, giving you another great option to choose from. You can find further information via the link below.

Re: Pay Day Super and using a different clearing house
Hi @Iwalk ,
Reckon Accounts Plus allows you to use any superannuation clearing house, provided super clearing house accepts files generated from Reckon accounts . You can extract a SAFF file from Reckon accounts and upload it directly into your chosen clearing house.
I would also like to advise that we have just announced a partnership with First Choice Employer Super, offering a supported clearing house option for Reckon customers. This is available should you wish to consider a Reckon‑partnered solution. Please find the announcement below:
I hope this helps.

In my absence, my awesome colleagues from the support team will be looking after the Community so you're in great hands.
See you all toward the end of next week! 👋

Re: FirstChoice Employer Super Clearing House for Reckon Accounts Hosted users
I agree I am also wanting to make the change.
Re: FirstChoice Employer Super Clearing House for Reckon Accounts Hosted users
I have registered my interest for this. When is this going to happen so we can register our super clearing with Colonial First. I keep getting reminder from ATO website that their super clearing is closing. Only 3 months before they are closing so we need to implement this very soon.
Re: Best solution for replacing ATO Small Business Super Stream
Much appreciated your explanation was perfect.
Re: Creating an invoice with timesheets.
