Before we get started, can I just clarify which software you're actually using. This post has been created in the Reckon One category however you've also mentioned Reckon One Hosted in your reply above.
Reckon One and Reckon Accounts Hosted are separate, standalone software. From the sounds of it, you're likely using Reckon Accounts Hosted rather than Reckon One, is that correct?

The Hosted environment is a bit tricky for the neophyte but between Jason and myself we sorted out the issues with a minimum of fuss. I upgraded the client from 2010-11 desktop to Reckon Hosted 2024.

Re: screen frozen when emailing pay cheques
Dear @ClassA ,
If you're unable to access other areas during the emailing of payslips, it's likely due to the Send Email screen being stuck behind Reckon Accounts Hosted.
To fix this, press and hold Left Alt and tap TAB.
This will allow you to toggle between screens inside of Reckon Accounts Hosted.
You will need to tab to the screen that is displaying the email preview, and send the email to get through.

Technically, yes.
However … in reality, as long as the employee is still current (eg continuing to be paid via payroll), their figures will get picked up in the next pay run anyway as STP doesn’t specifically report each pay run’s totals, it simply updates each employee’s YTD balances, each submission ☺️

Thank you for providing the requested info.
I have checked the book and can replicate the issue in your book. However, is working fine for my book. I am assuming this could be a book specific issue.
I am raising a ticket for this "Remove Filter" function in your book for them to investigate further and as soon as we hear from the team, will get back to you with an update.
