There's a few things to cover here - I'll go through them one by one.
- Your file is in the wrong location. Reckon Personal Plus/H&B Files should be in C:\Users\<your username>\Documents\Quicken.
- Your data file name is currently too long (26 characters long). Can you please rename the file so that it is 8 characters or less?
- Validating the file has removed some of the errors, but you may need to run a Super Validate after performing the last two steps. You can read on how to do so here:

If you're looking for money in/money out on a cloud platform then yes Reckon One can more than cater to that.
Unfortunately however, there isn't a migration option between the two software so your existing data will not travel over to Reckon One. You could potentially look at saving or printing various reports from your current software so you have a record of historical data prior to making the move, if you were to. Granted, its not exactly ideal but unfortunately, thats the only suggestion I can offer.

Sorry, Jason are right. My colleague has just told me he set it up some time ago using Google Authenticator without my knowledge. And so all good now. Thank you all for your help.
Re: Weight and Volume on Invoices in Accounts Hosted
I ended up creating a new custom field in items for volume/pieces. Then a added the column to the invoice template.
I could create a report in Sales by Item detail with a little modification, had to export this to excel then reformat the volume column to convert to number. I can now add the columns to see the volumn sold.
It's a fair bit of workaround but now I've memorised the reports it's not too bad.
I will have look at formcalc.

Has a manual amount been entered to the Inventory Asset account (eg a General Journal, for example) ? 🤔
