Invoice template margins and how to fit invoice on one page
I want to increase column width for description so that the invoice ca be fitted on one page. See the recent invoice as attached. It looks so unprofessional to send 2 page invoice which can be simply one page invoice. How to format a template layout and margins? There is no "additional customisation" available.

✅ UPDATE - ISSUE RESOLVED
Morning everyone
Our teams have worked overnight to develop a fix which was pushed to the Reckon One service last night.
This issue should now be resolved but we will continue to monitor the service throughouth the day.
Thank you all for your patience while we addressed this issue, I can fully appreciate it was a frustrating one to contend with and I do apologise.

We've got folks working on a solution for this as we speak.
I can't commit a timeframe to you just yet but rest assured this is our top, and only, priority right now.

I know it's been a very long day contending with this and I do apologise again for the trouble it's caused.
We believe we've isolated where the root cause of the issue is stemming from. Our teams are working on developing a solution that will address this in full.

Reckon One performance issues (15 March)
Hi everyone,
We're currently investigating reports of performance issues in Reckon One. Initial observations show that accessing various pages are loading much slower than normal. We've also noted that in some cases, the menu options may not load correctly.
Sincere apologies for the inconvenience and frustration this is causing at the moment. More info and updates to follow.
