I recently purchased this version and installed it. From Day 1, I have been unable to do a backup and this version of Reckon crashes each time a backup is attempted. Has anyone had a similar issue, and if so, how did you resolve it?
I use Reckon Accounts Personal Plus 2022. One of my investing accounts contains several securities. When I click on the investing account, I do not want any security with a zero balance to display. Is anyone able to help here please? Thanks.

Transactions attachments can be attached, however, cannot be viewed. Example: attaching a dividend PDF payment from file - this never shows the document and can't be opened. This problem has been happening for the last 3 years. We continue to update each and every year. Current version 2022

After installing (and re-installing) v31, I get the "Welcome" screen every time instead of the software opening the current file. I have the complicated solution from the 2014 Knowledge Base. Can this be resolved more easily a decade and many upgrades later?

Hi All, hoping for your support please. I am constantly getting an "Unexpected Error" when trying to Backup my work. The error code I get is 7033. This has only happened after I did a restore from a previous save. Hope you can help me as I have made lots of updates that I don't want to lose.
