Just installed above software. My first BAS REPORT is showing errors in 1A and 1B CALCULATIONS AS WELL AS G2 export sales is showing a minus incorrect figure which should be nil and there is no G1 FIGURE SHOWING, HOWEVER MY TAX DETAIL REPORT IS 100% CORRECT. We have always purchased our Quicken/Reckon window face envelopes for posting our refund cheques from a supplier called "Forms Express" in Geelong, Victoria. Google chrome will not launch if tried at the same time. i have been using Reckon personal plus for 20 years. After installing Microsoft Edge Reckon will not open. i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Reckon but did not help. i think it may be a Google or Windows problem but i cannot find anyone to help.

We are currently running Reckon Personal Plus 2016 and would like to access data from a USB that was backed up from Quicken V7 2004. The purpose is to be able to run reports using my data from this USB. When trying to open the file on USB I get a Conversion Error "Unable to Load DLL". Thanks
I'm trying to activate my Reckon Home & Business after renewing my subscription. When I try to do it online the screen just freezes. Then tried phoning the number supplied by I'm calling out of hours - it's almost impossible for me to call in business hours. How am I supposed to get my software working?
