I currently use Reckon Accounts Home and Business 2017. I am interested in updating to the 2023 version Does anyone know if Reckon sells this version of their accounting software outright or is it only available for the outlandish annual subscription price of $255 per year which I refuse to pay? See above I am wondering if you can switch on all categories so that when entering transactions you don't have to search each time and click the all categories box to show them all?
Why can't I login? Message says "licence has expired". Renew button tells me no invoices are listed. I know I renewed in March 2023. Help. I need to submit our accounts to accountant.

I called the Help Desk to find out why i could not access Personal Plus when i have paid my invoice. They advised me to uninstall and then reinstall but could not give me the software so that I could reinstall the program. They said someone here could help.
