My quicken entries are up to date. When I tried to backup on my flash drive, the quicken doesnāt open with the upto date Iinformation. The latest entries show up as June 2021. I need it to show upto date info as itās tax time for us. Please helpš
I paid my renewal for my Accounts Personal Plus 2022 subscription last week, however I never received an email confirmation like I have in previous years, and the expiry dates won't update in the system when I try to apply the updated license.
The information I have from my One Drive Sync (I store the data File on my One Drive so I can share it between home and office computers), is that the file is open, but not actually showing up. If I start Reckon as an administrator I get an error message that the License is faulty, but I've uninstalled and re-installedā¦
I have a problem where my computer running Windows has changed all the accounts stored in File Explorer have changed from Reckon to Adobe, so that when I Backup onto a usb key the Reckon file has converted to read in Adobe. I need to change it back to Reckon so that my accountant can open it up.

I cannot get information on possible tax outcomes for this 22/23 financial year because tax planner will not accept it . What is the value of a planner if it will only plan for a previous year. We need the following year update at the latest by late May to plan share sales etc before fin. year end
