Recent problem and downloaded backup of Reckon account. All transactions going back to 2006 came up but entry to investments only showed each shareholding number and cost bases and nothing else. The ASX ticker TLC is not updating with One Step Update. The rest of my tickers and exchange rates do, so this is a system problem on the Reckon side. It was newly created about a year ago and has never worked. Please check this and fix it. Thank you.
I have had reckon since year dot and for the last few years no problems then last night downloads stopped happening. Not notifications? Do I have to go to 2023 version ... if so inconvenient at end of financial year. I am paid up to October??

I have just discovered that at least 2 of my accounts in my Personal Plus 2022 have had their balances changed by two different amounts.
