Could not connect to licensing server: The server name could not be resolved

Hi, I have bought a new PC and want to download an old version of Quicken PP2007 NZ. I have downloaded the .exe file from the website but the key does not work and I get the above error message. What do you suggest? I have called technical support but they suggested to log the problem here

    Have you looked at your members site to see if its available, text me your customer ID and Pin and i will check it from my end. I am in Australia.

    Hi Gerry, yes I downloaded the software and used the key from the members site to try and register after installation. I will text you the details. I am in Canada
