Will Reckon Personal Plus work on a Mac Mini M2 Pro running parallels and Windows 11 ARM?

I am upgrading from a iMac 27 inche 2013 model (intelchip based) to a Mac Mini M2 pro. Presently I run Reckon Personal Plus using VMWare Fusion with Windows 7, but with the Mini M2, I am going to run Parallels (as I have read it works much better than VMWare) with Windows 11 ARM.

So my question is will Reckon Personal Plus work with this set up?
