I cannot install my reckon accounts Home and Business 2021 version. The product is activated however I cannot get beyond the small start up icon see image below which then freezes my entire desktop. To unfreeze I have to go to Task Manager and manually stop the Reckon software

I regularly download statement data from my Amex. Then categorise spending and save the transactions. Today when doing this, I found the transactions 'disappearing' when I adjust and save.
