Hi, We are able to refund a % discount but not a $ discount. Is this something we are doing wrong or a limitation with the program? We have the $ discount button set to a preset amount of $29. Appreciate any help

Rekon lite point of sale
Using POS Lite 2013 Terminal for years now with no problems but today it will not open properly and is opening with no writing. Any ideas on possible cause or a fix.
When printing receipts in POS lite Our logo isnt printing on top of the receipts. It is linked to the printer through the utility to do so and work through testing it. Does POS lite not issue the command to print these logos.
We have no data saved after the daily transfer and post hasn't been working lately. How can I recover this information?

We have a Tipro Keyboard (KMX064A,PS2,RS232). Reckon say it is compatible with POS but I designed the keyboard layout and then when you try to use it you get nothing as if it is not there. Is there some process I am missing?
