I imported employee timesheets for the wrong pay period into Reckon and now when I try to import the correct period, it doesn't overwrite the old data, instead it adds to the already imported hours. Any idea how to delete the incorrect timesheet data before importing again? Thanks, Roxi
I have a client that is annoyed that this little word automatically is on the printed version of all his delivery dockets & packing slips..... and we cant see how to remove it... I have updated windows8 to windows10. Now Can't print invoices as pdfĀ from Reckon Accounts Easystart 2014?
We have 2 issues with Reckon Accounts pro2015 and POS Lite 2015. The first issue is that when we try and create a PDF from an invoice the error message comes up "Printer not activated, error code -20" So I logged out of Reckon and set the Desktop Icon Properties as "Run as Administrator" which is what I had read somewhereā¦
I can't work out how to match some transactions that I have downloaded using bankdata. 2 x cheques have been banked, and the deposit shows as one transaction in the register. But they show as 2 x seperate transactions on the bank statement which means I am unable to match them using the "Match Transactions" screen. Isā¦

Hi all, I am sure some of you might know the answer to this. I would like to remote access my client's QB files via the internet. I do connect when I am in their office (due to the router being there etc etc) but I would like to sit in my office and remote access these files rather than travelling to the client's premises.ā¦
