Closing Reckon accounts

After years of closing Reckon Home and Business each day, I'm no longer able to get it to close. Why?

    Hi John,

    I'm not sure what would stop you from closing it, but if you reboot the computer it will be closed after it has rebooted.  Or you could go into task manager and close it (ctrl, alt, del to get to task manager).
