Hi I have a message appearing every time I open my Quicken Personal 2011. Quickens mostly recently used files can only show the first 50 files in the directory. You have too many data files to list them all. How can I fix this problem. Cheers Mike.

That is a large number of data(-sets) to be in the default Quicken directory.

If they are your method of backup, could you move the old data-sets to another directory ?

Otherwise, if all are active I am surprised by your approach. The solution may be to have another directory for some of the data-sets.

I have only two data-sets, my actual data-set and a Reckon sample. I do all my backups to c:\backups\quicken.
