Reckon Accounts Plus 2014 error code 6123

Can't open .QBW company file as it often (not always) comes up with a -6123,0 error code & says 'Reckon Accounts is trying to access company files but cannot contact the database server'. I have excluded Reckon 2014, Reckon Server & even my last version of Quickbooks from my firewall but I'm still having the same error code isse.

    Have you got it in multi user mode? Turn off file hosting it should fix it

    Hey Neil, if Kev's suggestion doesn't do the trick try some of the support notes here relating to this error code >>. If you are not confident performing the tasks listed, feel free to give tech support a call or get in contact with a Reckon Accredited Partner such as Kev.

    Reckon Tech support  only support 2017 version onwards
