"Reckon Accounts Launcher has stopped working".

Reckon Personal Plus 2015 shuts down after updating stock prices. Have just re-installed Reckon on new 64 bit machine and problem started. Program will update prices but then stops working.

Get message  : "Reckon Accounts Launcher has stopped working"

Extracts from Problem signature are:

Problem Event Name:   APPCRASH
Application Version:      23.1.1.14
Fault Module Name:      StackHash_984b
Fault Module Version:    6.3.9600.17476
Exception Code:             c0000374

Any ideas on what's causing this, and more importanty how to stop it?

    Hi Dave,

    I run QP Plus 2015 on a 64 bit machine and haven't ever encountered the problem. Sorry I can't help you. Unless someone else comes up with a solution it looks as though you'll have to wait until Monday to contact Quicken help.

    Sorry to hear that.

    What operating system are you running?
    Have you tried running the program in Admin mode?
