Custom Statements

When I create a custom statement, the data field for the description no longer brings the data through. Why?
I made a copy of the reckon standard statement, made a few changes like adding a picture and saved it.

It does not bring the actual description of within the invoices - just as shown in the image.

Hi we are having the opposite problem, in the description field we are seeing data from the Memo field on the invoice feeding through. We just want to see as above "Invoice Number Due Date Original Amount".

Can anyone help?
