POS 2005/2006 - Client has entered products into GL in QB but they do not appear in the items listin

POS 2005/2006 - Client has entered products into GL in QB but they do not appear in the items listing in POS to be able to sell.  The dress shop is opening this morning (10am) so i need a solution really quickly.  I am only slightly familiar with POS 2015 but it is completely different in all aspects of appearance. Can I get stepped instructions on copying the list from QB to POS?  Is there a button or step that they have not done to connect the two?  Thank you

    Hey sue, items must be created in the item list in reckon accounts and after they are created you have to open pos admin and press the transfer button at the top and force the prompts. After that has complete close and reopen pos terminal. Press the product number button and find your items. Regards, Chris
