The date format in my Reckon Accounts 2015 is in the American format with the month first. I have gone into General Preferences and there is no option to change the date format.

G'day Bob,
Here is some info from Microsoft on changing your Windows date setting.

Didn't even think of that. Just reformatted my hard drive and didn't notice that setting. Thank you Kim.2

:) would like to say... hey, I am just too good, ... but can't I am too honest, ha ha I have to admit I got caught myself with the same thing, even if it was a few years ago now.1

Again help system says to go to General Preferences -- Company tab to change date format but there is only time format to change. The system date setting international yyyy-MM-dd but Reckon is asking for the American date format MM/dd/yyyy when I try to import IIF files. Is there a fix for this?

check the date setting in the computer settings, not Reckon settings
