Have to restore file when Login

I recently purchased/upgraded to Reckon Accounts Plus 2015 and everytime I log on it thinks I am a new user and prompts me to restore a back-up file. I have checked that it is no longer a Trial Version. I am not even sure where the working file is even with this new version?

    Thank you for the post. Sorry to hear that.

    Have you tried running the program in Admin mode?
    you can do this by right clicking on the Icon and selecting Run as Admin
