Transfers (TXFR) are re-occurring when transactions downloaded

when Importing downloaded transactions, all of the TXFRs to other accounts re appear and have to be manually deleted in the download pane.

Becoming increasingly frustrating when large number of transactions moving money to different accounts and will run the risk of duplication

    Hi Andrew,

    Thanks for asking the Reckon Community.

    This issue has been noted from time to time but we have not been able to isolate the cause of it.  

    It does seem to happen if you import more than one Bank Statement into your file in a single session.  The workaround will be to import one Bank Statement, close Reckon Accounts Personal, re-open Reckon Accounts Personal and import the next Bank Statement.
