Loyalty points do not accrue on transactions they are redeemed on in Reckon POS.

I have a customer loyalty program set-up and running on Reckon POS Pro 2012/13. It works quite well, but there's one thing I can't seem to address: when a customer redeems loyalty points to pay for part of a transaction, they don't seem to accrue loyalty points on that transaction. Is there any way to make this happen? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Ta!

    Hi Madeleine,
    Unfortunately not.
    The entire Loyalty area within POS is on the Reckon POS wishlist for future versions.
    There are many improvements we would like to see!!!!
