Reckon Accounts - Unrecoverable Error

Hi all,

I have input some new customer entries recently that won't slot into alpha order - they're all just sitting at the top of the list.

I tried clicking "Re-sort List" and got the following error message. I've tried this several times over the last week and I get the same result each time.

I just need to get my list into alphabetical order.

Please advise!

    Windows 7.

    Rebuild takes soooo long. I'll have to wait until everyone else has gone home.
