constant auto save

Reckon Personal Plus 2015. Using Windows 10. My problem is the program has begun to auto save entries every few seconds. This is particularly annoying as it saves information several times before you complete the entry and you have to keep amending it. Sometimes it varies the date as well to an invalid date. I have installed and uninstalled many times to no avail. This is driving me mad. The screen does a lot of constant flickering if that is any help. I have tried running the program on my other three windows 10 PCs with the same result.  No other programs flicker like this, so it is not my computers.
