Updating from Quicken Personal Plus 2004 to Quicken Delux 2015

I have been using Quicken Personal Plus since last century, with my most recent version being 2004 Personal Plus. With a new PC I have now upgraded to Quicken Deluxe 2015, however the new version will not upload any of my previous data. Help!!

From best I can tell when you say "Quicken DELUXE 2015'  that seems to be the USA Intuit product.  You have reached out to us here on teh Australia/New Zealand RECKON forum which is a different product, Reckon Personal Plus 2015 or 2016 for Australia/New Zealand.

Can you double check what product you are really seeking help for?  My concern is that you've come across this forum (for AUST/NZ) when you may have a USA product like the following that is unrelated:

From your brief description,  it is possible that you have purchased an alternative product to the one you first had
OR....  you have failed to follow the upgrade process required to convert your old 2004 format DATABASE through the intermediary steps to jump the 11 years to 2015 (of the applicable product for AUST/NZ).  By the way, there is alreay a 2016 version of the product,

HI Gary,

thanks for the response.

I actually bought the disk from the US as I could not find an updated Quicken version in Australia.  So, please correct me if I am wrong, but what I have taken from your information is that what was originally marketed as Quicken Personal Plus 2004 is now sold (in the latest version in Australia) as Reckon Personal Plus 2015 or 2016.

If this is the case, it looks like I have wasted the money I spent on the Quicken Deluxe software (oh well)!

Could you please confirm, and let me know where I can get a disk with Reckon Personal Plus 2015 or 2016 that WILL upload my data from Quicken Personal Plus 2004.

The AUST/NZ version of Personal Plus 2016  canbe obtained from the RECKON website at:

But remember, if coming from 2004, you need to pass the product via the 2006 upgrade path,.   Page 14 of the following GUIDE, advises the TRIAL KEYS and the location you can use on the trail DVD to run that intermediary version of the product.

SO,  apply for the full DVD kit so you get both PP20165 trail product as well as the toolkit needed to pass through PP2006 (to upgrade your early PP2014.
