Password problem

My Reckon Accounts Personal Plus 2013, which I have been using successfully on Windows 10 for some months suddenly froze when I tried to make an entry. I had no option but to restart the program and now it won't accept the password which I've been using for years. I have checked that I don't have the Caps key on. Has this happened to anyone else, and what should I do?

    Welcome to Reckon Community.

    Please make sure that you are opening the correct file and also try to type the password in notepad to ensure that the password is correct.

    If still it does not work then you can contact Data Service for Password removal.
