Backing up notices

I have the latest Reckon Personal Accounts running on Windows 10.
On the last 4 occasions I have had the following problem.
When I back-up I get 3 screens. "Unable to Close Files'. I press ok. Then 'unable to open item list files". I press OK. Then "Unable to reload File after copy" I press Ok . Then 'Back-up successful' and Recon closes down. On re-loading the files look OK.
Has my back-up really been successful and how can I get rid of the unwanted notices?

The only way to check if it is successful is to redirect your backup to a new folder and then check the contents of the folder when completed.
Sounds like you have the files protected - or that you have a read/write error happening.
Hope this helps a bit.

Thanks for the response.
Since I posed the question I have done more backups and on the last 2 the problem has gone away.
I didn't know I could protect files so I don't think that was the problem, I haven't had any other problems so I hope it wasn't a read write error, time will tell.
Cheers
