N/A in Memo box

I am using Reckons Accounts Personal Plus. It has been working fine; however suddenly when I write something in the ‘Memo’ column, it changes the entry to ‘N/A’ when I hit Enter. In the case of a split transaction designed to spread funds across multiple accounts, the Enter button doesn’t respond at all. How do I fix this, please?

    Try TAB instead of enter?

    No, John. Still doesn't work. Anything I write in Memo appears as such, but then gets changed to N/A. Whether I hit Tab or Enter doesn't have any effect.

    Hi Brian,

    Welcome to the Reckon Community.

    Does this problem occur in all Registers or some Registers, and then on all types of transactions or just on some transaction types?

    You can Validate and then Super Validate your file (File > File Operations; hold down Ctrl key to Super Validate) to ensure it is not a result of data corruption.
