installation key - error 7151

Hello I am running Windows 10 and formatted the PC. When I am trying to install the copy onto the computer, I has asked for the Installation Key, which I have confirmed is correct. As soon as I enter the installation key and pressed OK I receive an Error message. The error code is 7151. Can anyone help to tell me what the error code means and solution to fix the issue. Copy of the error message received

Sorry the product is Reckon Accounts Personal Plus 2016. I did uninstall the product and reinstalled it to see if that made a differnce0

Hi Craig,
Welcome to the Reckon Community.
In File Explorer, go to C:\ProgramData\Intuit\Quicken\Config and delete the quicken.lic file.
Now open Reckon Accounts Personal Plus and activate again.
If you still have the problem call Customer Service (1300 784253) and activate "by phone".
One of these should see you into your programme.
