Thanks to Jenny Wann , Reckon Accredited  Partner of Bunbury, WA, and Keith Jeffery of

Kwik-Elec Contracting Services, Bunbury, WA  to help us in devising customised template to use for their business , we have attached the sample of it .

This template will be posted to his client directly from his mobile device instantly and  will get posted to Reckon Hosted directly using existing Reckon template

We have OH&S check list in the template and new  Call Out Description Field to write all works done that appears first on the body of the invoice .

Coming soon:

1. Works Order
 2. Take 5 Safety Check list where each employee is able to access and accept the list   and sign.
3. Camera to take pictures of the site to send to the client



We are looking from any one to send samples that they wish to have .

The templates will have good fonts and color and ability to put your logos.
