I don't want the Super for current period to appear in the pay under DESCRIPTIONS.

I don't want the Super contribution for current pay period to appear in the pay section under DESCRIPTIONS. How do I remove it and move the figure near the YTD Super figures?

What I would like to achieve is to move the super line from description section as it is confusing my staff. Can you please advise how to do this but still allow YTD to show up

Hello Julie,

Welcome to the Reckon Community.

The information in the main table showing the breakup of the pay cannot be changed. This way we can ensure the minimum Fair Work requirements are met on every payslip.

You can add an additional summary section for Super information onto the customised payslip (the Reckon Standard Payslip shows these fields).

To add fields, go to Lists > Templates and click on your Payslip Template > Layout Designer. On the form right click and select Add > Data field, and select items like:
Employer Super Contributions Header;
Super fund Name;
Super Number;
YTD contribution.

Have you had a look at the 3 default Payslip templates?

Your staff may find these easier to understand - They all include Super as per the applicable Pay, along with YTD in a separate "Super" section ....?
