My client is using Reckon Hosted 2016 on a mac and they have an invoice IIF file on their desktop. When I go to import I cannot navigate mac's desktop, it appears to take me to a windows file browser and I see no link to the mac. Could anyone let me know how I can import the file please?

    Hi Leanne

I am far, very far from knowing anything about mac, hate mac :), the only thought I could come up with is,... can the IIF file be put in a folder that maybe shared between mac and the virtual drive that runs window... i.e public folder.

I am sure a mac expert will correct me shortly.

Or copy and past the IIF file to a folder/drive reckon can see

Thanks Kwikbooks. I managed to find the upload/download buttons so I uploaded the file to the upload folder in MyLive Q.

    Thanks for your reply.

all good, sorry, I didn't mention those I presumed you knew and it was MAC drive that you were having an issue with.
