Accounts Expired - could not access C Panel for payment for licence renewal and customer service clo

My subscription (1516529-1) expired back in August and I now need to get an URGENT access to client's files... however when I try to log in to Accounts Hosted, it says Licence Expired.. I am happy to make the payment and renew the licence but it does not allow me the access to the C Panel...and the customer support is closed outside trading hours.. thats a bit weird...
