Can the administrator or someone with full access see a list of changes done to the chart of accounts or inventory item set ups? Also is there away to prevent unauthorised changes made to bank accounts loaded against suppliers, or make it so that only the Administrator can add or amend? Thank you

To see changes made to the file go to Accountant, Audit Trail. Enter the date range.

For preventing someone from making changes, check the login Access for that person. You can answer N to editing or deleting. Make sure others do not know your Admin password.
