Can someone please point to where I can download an upgrade from Personal Plus 2015 to 2016 without

I have an annual license and when I go on-line from the Quicken help> Renew or upgrade license I then chose to go-line and get the following: Renew your product or membership Reckon issues invoices for renewable products and memberships about 21 days before expiration. These invoices are mailed to you. Any unpaid renewal invoices issued to you in the last three months will be listed below. Click on the See Details button below for further information, to pay online and/or to print the invoices for your records. There is no unpaid invoice list. How the hell are you supposed to get the upgrade without paying for a renewal?

If you're a current paying annual licence customer then you can download the 2016 software from logging into our members are here.

Once you are logged in simply click on the download software button on the left hand side.
