You may try to use Firefox or Chrome. Does it give any error? You have a
screenshot please.

no doesn't give any errors
once I put in username and password and try to login, screen just blinks and stays on login screen with user name and pass word still there have tried number of times

Got that Vanessa. Please try closing that browser. Try again in another browser. Does your laptop in Wifi? Please try in LAN (or wired) if you can. If not please try to test to your mobile device via 3G or 4G and see what happens when you access Hosted. Use Safari or Chrome.
