When I export my weekly timesheet notes to an excel report - not all of the notes export with the spread sheet . I have to retype the missing notes into the spreadsheet. Any clues?

Hi Vanessa, One thing to check is the "Advanced" details of the EXPORT REPORT dialog box. One of the options that may need to be ticked is "Autofit (Set column width to display all data)". If this is not checked then it may truncate the data in that column.
Try it and see if it works.0 -
Vanessa hope you got all resolved on your notes

Hello people - sorry, went offline. I don't think I explained my issue very well. Below is a screen shot of how I have been accessing excel files in the past. I email them to myself. I suspect this is where i am going wrong. I will search for the correct way to export...(when I tried - it went to the Q drive & I could't export to a local drive...
Thanks DFB & Chandra
