Unable to install Personal Plus 2017 after downloading and unzipping 2032 files.

Prior to down loading I removed 2016 version, switched off security, deleted all quicken hidden files and files in Temp folder, emptied recycle bin and restarted computer. I again attempted another download carrying out the above in another browser still with no success. I am operating in Windows 10 and browser.

    Does this help or provide any clues to your problem? This is shown in Properties for my ReckonAccountsPersonal2017.exe D/L 609.24 MB Size: 609 MB (638,832.432 bytes) Size on disk: 609 MB (638,832,640 bytes) ---------------------------------------------------------------- Expanded in my Folder (Reckon 2017Disc) Size: 1.14 GB (1,232,944.533 bytes) Size on disk: 1.15 GB (1,238,929,408 bytes) Contains: 4,213 Files, 2,461 Folders Windows 10 Home V1607 - 14393.447 Regards

    I do not have a disc and I have been trying to download direct from Reckon down load option.

    Why the disc would contain over 50% more data than the down load version is puzzling perhaps some one out there could explain the reason for this?

    I think I should order the disc

    Sorry, You may have misunderstood me. - I named the folder that I unzipped ReckonAccountsPersonal2017.exe into as Reckon 2017Disc. I do not REPEAT do not have a CD. I named it thus for my convenience. The original D/L file was 609.24 MB which expanded to 1.14 GB which contained 4,213 Files and 2,461 Folders according to their Properties. Appologies and Regards
