I cannot apply my license renewal for reckon accounts via internet.

I am trying to apply my license renewal for accounts personal plus 2017. I have been trying to use "internet" option. This does not work. The renewal was paid on 18 Nov.

    Request you to call us on 1800 732 566 for the activation, customer service will able to check the license details and will be able to activate the software.
