Trying to send Customer Statements for customers with open balances

Trying to send Customer Statements for customers with open balances - but whenever I try to send the statement it says there are no open statements? Customers are not inactive though?

    Hi Sally

    Check your statement date at the top of the "create statements" window, this will give you all open balance up to and including the date chosen for 'statement date'.

    Also make sure all customers is ticked or if you have chosen one customer then there is a name present in the box.
