Hi, I can't see anything on my reckon screen after I log in ? Why ?

When I log on to Reckon, I can't see anything (Command centre) on my screen. Just it is black screen only ?

    Hi,

    Go into Control Panel > Log off Remote Sessions > and click Log off User.  Then try launching again.  If the problem persists leave the black screen for a while and see if it eventually goes in.  If not repeat logging off the remote session and try again.
