Is there really no automatic backup in Reckon Accounts Hosted?

There is an option under Save Copy or Backup, but I have tried several times (although setting the back up interval to every 1 times)?, no automatic backup takes place. When I Exit the software, the connection to the server gets disconnected without any backup.

Am I doing something wrong; or is this really the way it works?

I am also using the US PC-based version of QuickBooks. There I have almost the identical options for backup; but there an automatic backup takes place according to the options I choose.

Many thanks for your recommendations about this matter in Reckon Accounts Hosted.

There really is no automatic backup for Reckon Hosted yes. This is a serious drawback in the system. The desktop version can be backed up automitally any number of ways.

Nope. You just need to remember to do it. You know, like in the olden days
