Accessing hosted company file after trial expiry?

My free hosted trial ended yesterday. I've just now purchased a 12-month subscription to reckon hosted, but when I log in I cannot see my company file. How do I find my old company file now so that I can continue to use it? Thank you.

Hi Kevin. Thanks for replying. I think the trial version expired on Saturday, which was the same day that I purchased the subscription. But I received a reminder email on Friday, saying that if I wanted to use it after Saturday I would need to buy it. No, I didn't back up the data from the trial version. I didn't even know that you could do that. I assumed that because it's all backed up online I wouldn't need to back up to my hard drive. I'm new to cloud hosting so please forgive my ignorance0
