annual leave accruals in reckon hosted

Have entered staff members into the system with opening balances for personal & annual leave and set accruals for every hour worked.  Gone to to a pay run and only have the opening balance for annual leave and personal leave showing and no accruals based on hours worked.  How can this be rectified?

    Alison - you need to check the payrates you are using and make sure on the final config screen - they are set to be included in the Every Hour worked leave accruals - I imagine this is not ticked which is why it isnt accruing any hours.

    thanks you are a gem!!!!  it was unticked for some of the hourly rates.

    Hi Alison

    Make sure the Field "Maximum Number of Hours" is blank and does not have the default 0.00

    This needs to be in all different type of Leave Accruals
