How to cancel a report print job

Can anyone please tell me how to cancel a print job.  I have tried to print a report but it has been sitting on print screen for over an hour.   I have clicked cancel.   Tried ESC but nothing will cancel.  
IF I log out and back in again it just opens back to that screen so I am unable to move forward.
Any assistance would be very much appreciated.  Thankyou

    You will have to log out completely from the system by using the toolbox and unplugging the session. Otherwise you can go into the 1st login screen, Select the black control panel button, under system maintenance (at the bottom) log off remote sessions and select your user
