PAYG Totals Not Showing in Liability Report

Hi, I ran an April PAYG report for our accountants and I'm now getting ready to pay the IAS, which came to 17,521 in my Payroll Totals report.

However, when I go to create my liability payments, Reckon is telling me the PAYG amount for last month is zero!?

Screen shots attached.

Have already backed up and rebuilt to see if that fixed the problem, but it didn't. Scratching my
head. Any ideas??

Hi,

Your report shows -17,521.00 which is why your liability report is showing zero. Could it be possible you have accidently actioned this to be paid? This is the first thing I would be checking.
